How Our Schedule Works
Instead of 1 on 1 sessions, which are cost-prohibitive, we offer semi-private coaching sessions throughout the day.
Each of our members comes in to complete their own, 100% customized training program.
They’re coached on every exercise, every step of the way.
It’s not small group training – it’s a more affordable, more effective method of personal training.
Anywhere from 1-4 members receives coaching at a time.
Here’s a few of my favorite benefits for you:
- Never miss a workout – You have up to 30 days to make up any missed sessions, for any reason, without cancellation fees.
- Pay less for better results – Sessions as low as $30 each, compared to less experienced trainers that charge up to $100 per hour.
- 100% customized workouts – You’ll always do your own 100% customized workout – no classes or cookie cutter workouts.
- Get stronger, no matter what – Train anywhere from 1x to 4x per week with a coach. Plus, you’ll receive workouts for at-home and on your own.
