Hey, I'm Devin.
I want to help you get into great shape. More importantly, I want to help you get better at doing whatever it is you love to do most.

When can I come in for my sessions?
Small Group Training (Women’s Strength Training) is held Monday through Thursday at 5:15AM, 7:30AM, 9:30AM, and 5:30PM.
All sessions are 60 minutes long.
How long will my sessions be?
What if I have to miss a session?
We understand that “life happens” – sick kids, sick dogs, traffic on I-90, etc.
Are sessions private or small group?
Here’s how it works:
- You pick the training time that works best for you, for example: Monday night at 6:30PM
- If there’s availability, you can reserve that appointment time. Indefinitely or for just that one day.
- You show up and there’s a customized workout waiting for you. Your workout is the same whether you come in on Monday night or Tuesday night and is 100% unique to you – your goals, your fitness ability, and your program.
- Your coach (that’s me) teaches you how to complete the workout. You’ll learn what the exercises are called, how to perform them perfectly, and how much weight to use.
You can also join our Women’s Strength Training program, which has up to 6 women per session.
What if I'm a beginner?
You’ll be a little sore, but you’ll still be able to walk down the stairs, go to work, and live your regular life.
This isn’t like crossfit.
The focus on your first few sessions will be learning proper technique for each exercise.
Once you’re skilled enough, you’ll begin to work out with more intensity. A little more, each workout.
Think of it as a slow simmer, rather than a rapid boil.
And you’ll still see results in the beginning.
Trust me, the science is clear on this – you do NOT need to start off with insane workouts to get great results.
(You can actually perform as little as one set of each exercise with light weight in your first workout, and still get stronger in the beginning. It’s all about coordination and technique! Most fitness results in the first month come from burning more calories, improved coordination, and better nutrition!)

I named my business “Optimize Fitness & Performance” because that’s my ideal – helping people get into great shape with the best possible methods.
You’ll benefit from a smarter workout. The perfect exercises for your goals. And you’ll understand exactly why you’re doing them.
We’ll optimize your technique and troubleshoot any weak points you may have. Basically, it’s a total tune-up for your physical fitness.
